Refund policy
At OneStone Designs, every product is made to order, so we do not officially accept returns or exchanges except for misprinted, damaged or defective items. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colours or buyer’s remorse; however, if you are in any way dissatisfied, please reach out to us at onestonehat@gmail.com and there is a high likelihood we will be able to make things right.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is misprinted, damaged or defective, contact us at onestonehat@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a description and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
- Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
